leak fixed! i found the throttle body vacuum line was not connected and neither was the line that tees of the intake mani and leads to the klr/fuel system (klr line was connected, the other one was not) so I have two major leaks.
Can now hits 16 psi on the dot and holds till redline and really hauls *** now

Thanks everyone for the help, I hooked up a boost leak tester and we immediately heard air whooshing out from right underneath the throttle body and I knew immediately that the line had come off of there.
Can't explain how excited I am to have my car running good now

Haha, I'm sorry man I ended up at this shop for almost all day today working out my boost leak and getting the vacuum lines sorted out. I didn't get home until 8 tonight, any chance we can meet up tomorrow? I ended up rubbing really bad on my rear left tire and screwed it up pretty good so I definitely want to use that fender roller now more than ever

That's what we like to hear. Holding 16 psi to redline is pretty schweet.

Indeed, I was able to play with a 997 Carrera S on the highway earlier
