Default Anyone near Houston have a fender roller?

I'm looking to roll my rear fenders to better fit my wheel/spacer combo. I get a bit of rubbing whenever the suspension compresses enough and once I get my AD07 tires on there I don't want to mess them up.

If nobody is able to help does anyone have any advice on an alternative perhaps?
I thought of using a dremel to shave off the inside lip of the fender that isn't visible without looking up into the inside fender area.

Any help is appreciated!
