not too bad, these cars are low impedance injectors correct? ive got to hook up my lma-3 to the injectors to see duty cycle i might be maxing the current ones out.

I believe they are low impedance.... I went to a matched set of 55s when I started modding... just to be sure I had head room left...

thats what i planned on, i know somethings up, no matter how much fuel i added above 4000 it would richen up.

What turbo are you running? and what fuel pressure are you running?

I have PLENTY of room left on my 55s with a 3 bar FPR, but I'm only running a 26-6... a bigger turbo pushing more air will run out 55s... 72s and 85s are popular steps up from 55s...

Try going to a 3bar fuel pressure regulator, or an adjustable... and make sure your filter is fresh, and your pump is up to the task... I would do those things before replacing injectors... could be as simple as a partially plugged filter not letting enough fuel to flow to meet the added demand...

WAIT... are you tuning with or without the stock NB O2 sensor hooked up.... and what AFR are you seeing at wide open throttle above 4K?

i have it hooked up but its bypassed car is always in closed loop. i havent let it go past 4k as when it get to it its 14+, its getting leaner a bit before 4k once it goes past around 13 im letting out of it.

13:1 is richer than 14:1... I'm running 12:1 WOT... all the way to 7K....

Are you seeing 13..and it is rising back to 14 above 4K or is it passing 13 going DOWN in numbers as passing 4K? if the AFR is going DOWN it is a good thing...

the lower the number, the less free air in teh exhaust...because teh air is being displaced by fuel..hence it is richening..lean is any number ABOVE 14.7:1... rich is below 14.7:1...

OK... are you running a stock fuel pressure regulator?

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

New injectors aren't necessarily a bad idea, if you plan to do more mods.. or if you want to have reserve capacity (injectors down like to run at 100DC, they can, but will wear out far faster than at <80%..) but I would also look at FPR and fuel filter...

BTW..I got my injectors from LR... Marren has the same injectors for half the price...

im ordering a whole slew of parts and a fuel filter is amongst them, i was looking at my logs and it seemed like it just kept getting worse, it wasnt doing it a week or two ago, so im hopeing its the filter.but im unsure when the filter was changed last, still trying to get reciets from former owner.

If your AFRs are steadily dropping... I would suspect the fuel filter or a FPR dying... but then a new set of injectors can't hurt...
