Default Greddy T-67 vs Vitesse STG III

I went for a ride in a 400+WHP EVO with a Greddy T-67 today.... Car was fast. How does this turbo compare to my Vitesse STG III? Other than the more noticable lag.

i think that turbo is a mitsu TD06 25G and they are a very good thing ..
depends on what a vittesse is if its a to4B/E based thing like a 60-1
the 25G is a better more responsive turbo.
Not really fair to call it laggy compared to your turbo as your's is on an engine 25% bigger .
If you search around you will find the 25G has much more street cred and dyno cred . it has been happily fitted to every jap hottie there is .
Genrally speaking it was the best 500hp turbo around until GT3582 took the spot .
there is a smaller compressor for it called the 20G with is pretty good also ..

the other thing I remeber that when looking at the maps that it was at its peak around 18psi and garret stuff was in its peak around 22psi.

Oh if you want one you will be pioneering it as no has ever fitted a mitu type housing on a 944 to my knowledge . but there are probably available in garrett style housings

The T67 name comes from TD06 turbine TD07 compressor...

gt37vgt, is correct, it should be a Mitsubishi 25g compressor wheel - which is very comparable to the GT35R (a little bit older tech though). The turbine is most likely the TD06H, which is pretty much right in between a T3 stg III and T3 stg V. I guess you could compare it to a T3 stg IV, if there was such a thing.
You would have to know the specs on your turbo to make an educated comparison...
