Yeah it's really far from competitive in S class online. I wouldn't take it outside of B class for online races, even then there is much better available. I used to be champion rank on there, I'm sure it's reset my rank by now though. At that level of competition people generally use leaderboard cars which really takes the fun out of the game.

Someone from Rennlist had a hand in developing Forza 1. I'll search back but there were vague posts about it before.

BTW...if you cnat wait for Forza 3 try Need for Speed Shift.

It plays like GT3 and has none of that BS of being chased by cops, etc..

A totally-juiced 951 is alright in S class against other cars from lower classes that have been similarly molestered.
