Pardon this attempt at a serious reply. While your question is kind of hard to figure out. If you are running a Turbo longblock in an NA car. I guess the low compression would cause your lack of power.

Different compression? but the engines are exactely identical.

You probably need to install the turbo badge to make the right amount of power...

Could this problem have anything to do with your engine turning backwards? Just wondering as the turbo long block came from a vette transaxle swapped car with the engine modded to turn the other way didn't it?
