The replica wheels need the momo hub adapter. The factory 930s and 968cs wheels come with a factory hub attached.

Good to know. The one I was looking at must have been a replica then. Since I already have a Momo adapter, I guess all I would need is the wheel if anyone has a replica for sale. Looking for either.

I ended up with a NOS wheel from a seller in France. It's a 370mm diameter, 32mm grip Momo from 1991. It arrived a new, never installed.

So If I buy one from Sunset , I just unbolt mine and bolt theirs in? It has the connection for the horn? Also, I would keep the smooth stock hub collar piece rather then the accordian looking hub cover?

Thanks
Steve

Steve, I can answer your question tomorrow as I have a new one coming. Let me know if you are intersted and I'll see if I can get another at a great price. Should be lower than sunset.

Here are some photos of my 930S steering wheel that just came in. I can get them through my source for $399 plus shipping. Not sure if that is any better or worse than other vendors.

Looks good. I guess it is not possible to use the stock 944 neck rather then the one on the steering wheel?? It is definately my favorite steering wheel.

Thanks
Steve

Is there a good procedure for installing this in place of an airbag steering wheel without having to cut wires?

Thanks
