Default Local source for "bunny ear" vac fitting at rear of cylinder head?

on the water elbow?

I stupidly knocked a wrench into mine and broke both "ears" off

I'm putting the car back together right now and would like to know if anyone had luck sourcing this part locally or if it interchanges with another type of car..

thanks
mke

But, you can bypass it (connect the two lines) and not worry about it. It just helps, however minor, with cold start emissions and will not affect drivability in any way, shape or form.
