Need Thoughts on Bad Shake

Brian, did the problem start at one point, or did it get progressively worse over time? Did it start after doing any specific work or replacing parts, or after an off-track incident?
More of a shimmy, or a pulsing/thumping? Wheel speed dependent?
Something loose in the suspension could cause a shimmy, likely intermittent and random frequency. And probably get some knocking or popping when something is moving or binding, hitting potholes or making tight turns.
If its a constant pulsing directly related to wheel speed, its got to be something associated with the rotating wheels. Are you certain its a front? Can you pinpoint it to a specific side?
The pad deposits are common with Pagid Orange pads. Blacks are much, much less prone to smearing material onto the rotors. And it would be unusual for pad deposits to cause vibration when not braking.
Chris' idea of debris caught between the hub and the rotor hat, causing the disc to wobble is worth checking (assuming this started after swapping rotors).
