Now you have me wanting to pick up a local broken down but complete engine to have you do the bottom end on.... STOP IT.... I'll be hooking up with you this fall/winter....

Chris this sounds like a great idea... how will the costs for this service compare to the MID option? Are you thinking this will be a more economical way for some of us to revive scored blocks, or simply another alternative on par with sleeving?

as the lapping process uses special oil so you have to change out the coolant in the machine .. The place i batches blocks every few months ..
guess you've thought of that ...
