I did swap the KLR box too fo a while when i switched to stock chips. Dialed the boost back down and still had the proble. We also pulled both DME and KLR box and put under a magnifying glass to look for cold soder cracks. None found. The car is going to another shop tonight. I will keep you guys posted when they find the issue. Gremlins suck!

roy, when the motor is cold, retorque the knock sensor to 7 ft. lbs...vinnie
