Wow I'm amazed OBX decided there was a big enough market ...

Check in the 911 Turbo (930) section, several members there use these headers with great feedback on them!
I installed OBX headers on my wife's track MINI. They were very well made, and fit perfect. They have held up without issues for 30k miles including track use, without any issue. I am thinking seriously about trying them on my 911SC race car.

Made of Eastern European stainless steel?....
(reminds of a story about a batch of steel plate from Russia we once bought and had to reject because it was radioactive).
Moreover, did you note the Disclaimer
Clearly if these fail, they will have only been for show car purposes?
"Polish SUS-304 stainless steel"

well i think it is worth asking.... is this item for "show cars" only i would think cracking after a few months due to wrong material is a manufacturing defect ...
and i really doubt they are that thin its harder to make them from thin material than it is thick material ..

"They look thin"
How figure ??
to lay a 3/8 thick weld bead on .050 wall think tubing you have to be a welding guru.
the difference of welding 1.2 and 1.6 mm wall thickness tube is like night and day
1.6 takes a bit of cars 1.2 is close to impossible..

I had a set on a autocross Miata that held up very well. I was actually shocked at the weld quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a set for non turbo. Who's going to be the gunieu pig for the turbo cars?

To be honest, after reading about the guys with 930s on pelican who use OBX manifolds, I'm almost tempted to give em a shot. I'm just afraid of slag from the inside coming loose and hitting the turbo

He will even tell you where the torque curve changes, and why.
Keep a good solid set of stock exhaust manifolds, or have Tim make you a set. There is a GREAT reason why Porsche designed our exhaust manifolds EXACTLY the way they did.
Ask Tim, and he'll tell you why, then he'll tell you what his do, that is designed to be a bit different.
In a turbo car it's 100% about the specific application. Misdesigned exhaust manifolds, which lead DIRECTLY to the turbo hotside, are a GIANT performance distaster.
These cars haul ***, once they get to the center of the power band. Unless you can move more exhaust faster, you are pissing in the wind, buying these manifolds.
If you are going big HP, Tim has exactly what you need, and may be able to create something for less HP.
If you are going to stay within about 50 hp of stock, spend your cash on making sure your stock exhaust manifolds/crossover are perfect, and spend the rest on a REALLY GOOD head. Tim does THAT as well.
You cheap asses have been warned.
HP COSTS CASH!
