I had some coolant leaking into the passenger footwell so I took a look around. Inspection revealed both heater lines were leaking at the o-ring, clip connection between the internal coolant lines and the heater core. Is it possible to replace those o-rings without taking out the dash/heater core? I have decent access to the connections but the lines appear to be metal tubing and I don't know if they will allow enough movement to replace the seals.

Yes, kind of, possibly. You do not need to remove the heater core, just the tubes. getting to the screws that allow you to remove the tubes may be interesting. The glove box and such will need to come out.
Good luck.
Good luck.
