I have an MSD 2step, plugs right into the MSD 6AL.

Both Blown944 and I run an MSD 6AL-2 which has a built in 2-step.
One of the best things I've done for this car.

I used to run one on my msd box, it helps spool greatly, however the msd's seem to have longevity problems I've since went to mallory on my racecars. Some people also seemed to believe that the msd's were causing computer issues but I never had any trouble with it.
