Default Installing Racer's Edge Delrin bushings

Good day guys, looking for some advice on installing the Racer's Edge delrin control arm bushings. Search really didn't have much on this so I'm hoping someone can straighten out and shorten my learning curve.
1) do the steel liners need to be removed as the Weltmeister do?
2) what's the best way to press the bushings into the arms
3) yes or no to using somekind of lub...I've heard no, but have read where guys have.
Thanks in advance to your suggestions.

1) Yes
2) I started them by pushing in by hand and then knocked them in with an impact/blow hammer. You could also prob use a vice or a large C-clamp. Very easy - they went in without much fuss.
3) I installed them dry but greased the metal insert the bolt rides in.
