passenger mirror loose

Default passenger mirror loose
My passenger mirror assembly is pretty loose, do i have to take the door skin off to tighten it? whats the best way?

Fold the mirror away from the base in towards or away from the door glass and expose the hidden allen screws. Should be simple from there.
