I have a spec flywheel, KepI, 6 puck clutch. The Clutch fork is hitting the bellhousing before the pedal hits the floor. I measured i have 9.30 mm between the fork and the Bellhousing. Stock is 18mm

That's not good. I had the same issue and it ended up being the clip holding the throwout bearing. It had stretched out and fallen off and the fork was just loose. Had to tear everything down to replace a stupid clip
While I was doing my research, I discovered quite a few broken forks as well so I installed a new one.
