Default Some photos of 295/30/18 fitment on early offset

Rears on and the clearances look good, tomorrow I'll give it the road test. I'm hoping they won't rub but my suspension is stock and will be staying that way because of my driveway and the horrible road quality here. I'm thinking maybe a m030 rear sway bar and either koni or bilstiens if it does rub. Have to save the coil overs until I move. So these are hollow spoke 996 turbo twists with 295/30/18 rubber mounted to my early offset 86 with 15mm spacers. The only thing I had to do was zip tie the handbrake cable out of the way. I have to wait on the fronts until I get new 968 caster blocks.

Comparison with stock phone dial on right

That has got to be a stock suspension. That thing is sitting high. Great looking tires though. Mighty close in there. Think it will rub when turning?

Yeah, what the hell man? I can't look at that thing until you get it cleaned up. What a shame! Nice tires by the way.

HAHA I just did the exact same thing 295/30/18 fit with PLENTY of room! (I have early offset too) IMHO the car looks 3x better with the wide tires, props to Porsche for leaving so much room. BTW what tires are those? I have Michelin PSC's on mine, not so fun with the recent rain ...or really fun depending on what I'm trying to do! Either way, let us know how the feel out on the road.

I don't wash the car too often cause I'm trying to baby the paint, it is due for a light polish and wax soon.

It's the b&b catback. I would like to find a testpipe with removable clamp-in 2."cat because according to CA law I will be swapping the cat in and out many years to come. I don't want to go to a 3" because I love the sound of the b&b.

The car does look a little high but I literally just let it down so its going to sit a little lower. When I move it will be lowered correctly.

Tires are pirelli pzero with great tread but a little old. Unfortunatley they're quite expensive at $400ea. Looked at PS2s and they were $450ea.

I'm going to try and tuck some 295/30/18's under my 951. My S2 already has 285/30/18's and they just aren't big enough!

Car looks awesome though! Reminds me of my S2 kind of...seeing that nice ***!
