I'm looking to switch to manual steering soon to reduce weight and end all the leaks. My question is, I like the steering ratio the car has now and i need to know how different the manual steering ratio is going to be?

The ratios are different, the manual rack has more turns lock to lock.

I did a proper manual conversion. The difference in steering input was noticeable for about the first 20 minutes. You should get used to it real quick.
