I was driving to work in 5th gear, the transmission began to shudder as i increased the gas. Needless to I was concerned, cause as much as I would like a new transmission I dont really feel like droping 2 grand for rebuild

when driving if i just the push threw the shudder it will clear up once i hit 3k in rpm.

Looking a clark's garage, this seems to common problems. recommends change the type of transaxle fluid. Anybody??

when was the last time you changed the fluid? Changing it cant do any harm and may fix it. Try it

changing the fluid is step one, i got a nice big bottle of swepco, I'm more concerned with if this is actually damaging the gears.
