Cool build - you going to paint or leave it as-is? I'm still looking for a 'kit' on EBay to hop on.

Slight OT ... if anyone knows where to get a 1/10th scale 944/951 R/C body, I'd love to get my hands on one. The boy is into R/C racing, which means dad is necessarily into it too. Been looking for a long time to no avail ... Did find the "next best thing" though (below).

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming ...

To add realism, you should coat the entire underside with oil, have smoke come out from under the hood where the oil pan gasket leaks oil onto the cross-over pipe, have flat spots on the front tires, and oil spots on the ground. For additional points, make the clutch pedal stay on the floor and keep your model on jack stands.
