thanks for you help guys, although i am curious as to what oils they are recommending now. all these lists are at least dated back a few years

M1 and there's M1, and did you see M1? Don't forget M1...It's the latest and greatest secret Formula....or just **** in your motor. Works out cheaper.

thats no joke there Pat, do you know M is bringing out a racing oil now. its to combat the low ZDDP/Hi detergent of some other oils, i wonder which ones they are?

So they're finally conceding that there is something wrong with what they've been selling for a while. Perhaps it's just the old formula before they removed the ZDDPs?

I live in a warm climate - Texas. I use Brad Penn 20W-50 and love it.
