Haven't found a mount but rigged one up by using a wide velcro strap. I set the laptop in the passenger seat with the screen facing forward, not easy to read but it works, then push the two ends of the velcro through the gap between the seat back and seat bottom so they are both hanging out the back of the set. Then use a flat two inch by 1/2 in piece of wood to sit vertically and tighten the strap around the wood. It works great for holding the laptop in place while datalogging on the track and won't come loose.

Not quite a weekend project but a nice solution for sure.
This is from OZ951's Track Car web site.

That is an awesome setup. Though I don't think the mouse is going to stay on the pad much...
But looking for something less 'track'.

Well I put it in the passenger seat in my friends lap while tuning but most on the time in a laptop bag in the back set when not in tune.

I'm as anti social car geek as anyone but if you can't find a victim to hold the laptop your in real trouble if it was to be fixed in the car I'm considering a tablet style computer maybe touch screen

Ha, methinks mousy is going to have a headache pretty soon. Wayne's workmanship was always top notch. Great site too for a single person's car blog. I heard he went back Stateside?

I don't seem to have too many people that like sitting in my passengers seat. Maybe I need to change deodorant...

Thanks for the replies. Yeah, looking for something that will leave the pass seat accessible and still let me real time tune. A little more like this custom one:

eMount makes several laptop mounts that should work without too much issue. I'd look at the no-drill universal flex-arm setup. There is a website that advertises a Porsche-specific mount, but after looking at the pictures, it's nothing more than the eMount no-drill universal. In fact, every site I found that said they had a specific mount (even for the 944), they all show a picture of the same eMount.
