Default Injector still leaking after resealing

One of my injectors is still leaking after putting new O rings, plastic washer, and cap on. It is leaking at the cap side that goes into the intake manifold. Fuel is going onto the motor. How can I stop this fuel leak.

Dillion,

A few thing to consider which I came across. Are the seals the same diameter? If the seals are thinner they may not sit well inside the manifold. Is your fuel rail level? If the rail is slightly bent one one side, the injector may be seated higher which causes a leak.
I also read a post on someone addressing a leak by doubling up on the seals but not sure on the solution.

I looked at the injectors and one of them is different from the others. On that one, the metal piece with the needle end can be spun, so it must be leaking from there. That was the one that was leaking, and it had a defect. I might have solved the problem, but I will need a new injector.

Are the seals allowing fuel to go past them into the engine bay, or is the injector itself leaking?

I think Its the injector itself that is leaking

I had a diesel shop test mine and found two leaked. Best way to go is to buy some 55# and higher along with resistors and new chips. Got mine from vitesse.

I have a few OE injectors if needed.
