Last I talked to him (a week or so before x-mas) he was having some health issues and had been in an area without cell reception, so he was being slow with responding to messages, but I'm sure he'll get back to you guys.

I'm surprised John lets him remain as a sponsored vendor...this is a persistent issue. I waited months for my chips, couldn't get calls/emails returned and finally just gave up. Frankly, I'd make John D aware of the situation if I were one of the people needing Russell to deliver on purchases or commitments.

We sell Russell's chips. We have dozens of files (maps) we offer for different set-ups. I'm not sure if any of you guys are waiting on something that would be one of those we already offer, or if you have asked him to do something new and custom or different for you. Perhaps we can speed things up if you would like to contact us and let us know what your looking for chip wise. Russell's still gets paid for his work.
