Until I get my engine rebuilt, anything under the front of my car is just an oil collection device. I've got the batwing in my garage and I will be buying a splitter soon.

A boy goes to tire rack and picks the biggest tires that could possibly fit and thinks ........I don't have the HP, brakes, suspension, or downforce to make use of these but I'll sure feel cool driving through the movie theater parking lot..... Same boy goes to convience store and buys the largest comdom on the shelf and thinks..........I don't have the length, girth, experience, or willing participant to make use of these but I'll sure feel cool when it accidentally falls out of my wallet a few times hanging out with the boys in the garage.

I have a pair of the same 996 TT Fronts 18X8 ET50 if anyone needs any. The ones I have are the lightweight hollow spoke version. I also have the Turbo script center caps. Natural Silver, not the black ones in the photo but you get the idea.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I am very happy with the way it looks now and can't wait until I get the handles, mirrors, and (eventually) a hatch done. I gotta get the new engine put together and installed first. So far I've got a newly honed block, rebuilt head, swain coated pistons, ARP rod bolts, SFR stage 1 headers, Lindsey 3" exhaust, Tial 38 WG, Lindsey ultra engine and trans mounts, AOR Limited Slip trans, KISS oil cooler, aluminum radiator, and Lindsey hard pipes ready to go in or on the new build.
I'm very impressed with the splitter. It fits really well but it is a pain to put on due to how stiff it is. It is very well built. The balsa wood core Tony Garcia adds makes it really strong and then I had .8 mm of Line-X truck bed liner put on it. it feels just about bomb-proof. I do NOT want to test that theory. I am avoiding parking blocks like the plague.
My car is an 86 so it is early offset. I am using 15mm spacers in the rear and 1 inch spacers in the front. These are the factory front and rear wheels and tires off a 2002 996 turbo. AFAIK, they will not fit a late offset car unless you go with a widebody kit or do MAJOR modification to the existing fenders.
For my car, I had to roll the fenders on the outside of the driver and passenger sides of the car AND I had to make some room on the inside of the passenger side as well. I did all my fender work with a 5 lb hammer(my neighbors still think I'm nuts). I am running very little camber.
