I think you just cut off the sensors, strip some of the insulation back and twist the ends together. No sensors and no fault light. I did this to mine last time I replaced the brakes, but will probably put them back in next time I'm in there just because ... (not a track car).

The brake sensors are just a thin bit of wire or metal, that when the brake pads get then that wire or metal gets broken, opening the circuit and triggering the light. If you just unplug the sensors, thats the same thing and the light will be on.

Dan, I cut mine all the way back to the fuse box, and just soldered them together a few inches from it. I suppose you could completely remove them from the fuse panel, and just pull the bulb out of the dash.

Lol, because some of us go through pads quicker than others with track use! And they are visually inspected on a regular basis for track prep, so why pay for sensors with every set of track pads you put in.

Terminate the rear sensor lines at the connectors above the torsion bar tube. Cut the line from the connector to the wheel hubs at that connector, strip and join the two wires, solder and heatshrink.
Terminate the front sensor lines at the connectors just forward of the fuse box and battery compartment. Same treatment.

I do brakes and oil changes on my cars but gave my father my S2 to use as a daily driver years ago and believe me, those sensors can be a real blessing on a street car!
