The lower the motor, the lower the center of gravity... maybe fab'd up some sort of crazyness to get it to sit that low? Hard to tell with full blown race cars because they're so highly modified and different from the norm.
I believe that motor is dry sump, which is why they'd be able to lower it some.. Its about 3-4" lower than a normal 931 motor.
