Well I dinged my mirror coming out of my garage (stupid split garage).
How should I go about fixing this? Where can I get factory touch up paint?
I'm so angry with myself I can't even look at my car right now, I just get pissed!

Dude, I feel for you, but that's nothing!
What I would do: take the mirror housing off the car and take it apart (there are threads on how to do that); order some color match spray paint from an online place; sand and prep the housing for paint; paint; reassemble.
You'll be so pleased with the results, you'll take the other side apart to do that, too.

Also, do you mean the WHOLE housing or just that area?

A place like this can mix up the original color: http://www.automotivetouchup.com/ (just call first and verify that the non-metallic colors are just a single step paint (as opposed to a 2 step: base and clear))
And, yes, I mean the WHOLE housing - if you take it all apart, you won't have to do any masking, you won't have to worry about blending and you won't have to worry about overspray. It will also be easier to prep the part (and redo it if you're not happy with the results), AND it'll repair the other stone chips and nicks you have on the mirror. (That's why I think you'll do the other side, too...)

Okay when you say sand and prep what do you mean exactly? Obviously get some sort of fine grit sandpaper, sand all of the existing paint off...what else is involved in prepping?

Okay so update:
I called porsche and they have factory paint available as a touchup bottle.
I'm going to follow this guide: http://www.web-cars.com/detail/touchup.php
If I'm unsatisfied with the results I'm going to do the whole thing.

Just an update, tried to touch it up - hated the results.
Took it to a local body shop, they charged me $75 and it looks immaculate. Like the day it was born.
I should have just done that to start with!

Lightly sanded and then painted both mirrors flat black. Looks like it came from the factory like that as many cars on the road have flat black side mirrors.
