Well lucky me, I just got the heatshields off my second 2-3 header and it's cracked.

I hate the stock headers.

Was easier for me to pry on them to get them on when I put the studs in then the header on over the studs. Creative use of ratcheting straps helped.

Tim over at SFR also does a 'stock style' header that is cheaper than the 4 into 1 style. Same build quality as the 4 into 1!
Stock headers never just slide on, they are design to be alligned corretly at operating temps, not ambient temps!

The spare set I have is cracked where they merge, maybe that is why they just slide on.

The 1-4 header is always a bit of a pain to get on, but I have it on there. There is just no way to get the 2-3 header on there without using some serious force...

100-200 a set. I think I paid about 150 for all three of the sets I have bought.

Ryan, I may have a spare set, if I do I'll send them to you for the cost of shipping. I'll send you a PM tomorrow.

Don't feel bad, I took the header wrap off my SFR stage1 header today , found the leak I had been chasing the past couple months.

The 1-4 pipe is cracked where they merge. I'm so happy
