Default car problem

hello everyone. i have this problem with my car. it seems like its over boosting or the clutch is slipping, the fuel pump is cutting out. i will be driving normal( not boosting ) aand the car will kinda jerk for a second or two. it will drop a couple hundred rpms and go right back up. it seems like it only does it when its cold. the car came with autothority stage 2 chip and i hear these chips suck. i put a new dme relay in about 2 months ago and a new dme temp sensor about 1 month ago and a new tps, new fuel filter, plugs, wires, coil. anyone know whats going on?

I had something similar happen but it was a bad wire connection to maf, the wire under the airbox had gotten pinched and shredded.
