I use a smaller Volvo one. Your extra one should work just fine.

Its ugly and temporary. There is one for the 240 that is very nice. I will be installing that one soon. Not posting the ugly pics.

Does the 240 expansion tank have the right number of hose nipples?

You know, I just don't know anymore. I deleted that thing so long ago. I have a couple lines tied in otherways. I don't run the electric pump any more either. I think It has two outlets/inlets from the bottom. Basically, you have to know how to adapt your system to it. - And it's for the passenger side anyway. Perfect for my project. Not so good for stock locations.

LOL, I used to have an old Volvo 264. Great car but yeah if I had the ugly brown round expansion tank from that car in my 951, I wouldn't post pics either.

Any tank that will allow for the radiator cap and hoses to attach will work fine.

The moroso tank looks interesting. Read that it uses a "standard" size radiator cap. I wonder what this is and if the stock Porsche cap is considered "standard". Or what the stock pressure on the cooling system is, then I guess you could find a "standard" cap in the correct range. hmmm.
