Haha, thats because if ebay cared about false advertising every other listing would have to be taken down, especially when it comes to modded cars.

This fu$knuts should write fiction professionally! That is the most absurd load of crap he has yet stated. What a moron.

The biggest moron is the one who doesn't realize that HE's the one everyone knows is a moron.

Agreed ehall, but why when their are so many better sources IMO to get a car from. Ebay is like a haven for scumbags. Then again, his feedback rating is 0.

Its just another place to look. I sold my S2000 on there a few weeks ago and had more interest there than any forum/autotrader/craigslist. My feedback is 100% and I sold the car for a very fair reserve off-line a few days before the auction was to end. I wouldnt buy much if anything from somene with bad or 0 feedback.

Yeah, feedback is really everything. With my luck on ebay tho its usually some really rare item Ill never find anywhere else, from a questionable seller. Then its a roll of the dice. Supply and demand. BTW SamGrant your 951 looks exceptionally clean. Ive been somewhat interested in one of those turbo decals, where can you get em?

My car was an eBay car...it arrived perfect. Was otherwise based on photos and dilligence with the seller; faxed receipts, follow-up etc. Would not have guessed it would turn out as well as it did...but it did.

Bump to eHall...

Personally, Ill be staying away. Im sure plenty of good deals have gone down, and its great yours worked out. Then again, I try to avoid ebay as much as possible(bias). Sometimes, just no way around it tho.

My advice to Mrporsche951... son, git yo'self a better lawyer.

Either your lawyer is a total idiot douchebag with a JD from Internet Law School, or he has some really brilliant strategy for making Section 3 of the Uniform Commercial Code apply to Rennlist posts:

Ummm, yeah, good luck with that lawsuit.
