Okay, thanks again to everyone for all the input. Here's my newbie idea of the turbocharge universe (correct me if im wrong):
K26/6 -quick spool / okay midrange/ petering out high end
k26/8 -slightly slower spool/not so much worse midrange/ slightly better high end
is the correct?...and more importantly where does k27/6 register? i.e. what does the k27/6 midrange/torque look like? This is a street car and by the time I get to the high revs' in 2 and 3rd(where most of the aftermarket companies dynos HP start to shine ..), I am already looking at a reckless driving speeding tickets. For my newbie roady taste, midrange torque keeps things fun until high end boost kicks in. I am going to look up evergreen, and talk to vitesse, and if that dont work I just may pick up that 26/8
thanks

All was correct. The 27/6 will spool like a 26/6, but has a lot more mid and high range power.
For the most part, you can't just slap on a different turbo without also getting a chip/chips to match your specific application.
