hey guys

i wanna replace the turbo lettering and the porsche sticker on the back. Also the bump strips on the sides. im pretty sure for the turbo badge and the bump strips a heatgun and some fishing line would do fine. but how do i remove the porsche sticker on the back bumper???

BTW any issues using a heatgun or should i use a hairdryer????

turbo badge can be removed without heat. Porsche sticker is a bitch and requires a fair amount of work.

I have just removed my side stripes and used a mixture of pulling and rubbing and 3m adhesive remover! not easy though and now you have mentioned it a heat gun may have worked better!

One thing to add to this that might help on which sticker you buy. I wish I had avoided the ones featured lately on ebay in different colors. The silver color looks good but the sticker is too long and has to be trimmed - not easy if you realize it late in the process. And two, its not actually a sticker but this sort of paint transfer that is tricky to streatch around the curves.
The sticker that I got from Paragon last spring (different car)was much easier to apply and fit perfectly.
just a related add-on...Bruce
