Ignition on=10.6v

Does that make any sense?

With MAF unplugged, Voltage between BLACK (ground wire) on MAF and battery Ground (-) pole should be "0 Vdc" regardless of IGN ON or OFF. Ground to Ground should not have a voltage.

If you are reading 10Vdc between BLACK ground wire and battery (-) then you have a short somewhere...
