It takes a few seconds for the fuel rail to reprime itself after it was drained to change the injectors. I would say it shouldnt take more than 15-20 seconds of cranking for it to start up. There is always the possibility of chip installation problems also (as Tim mentioned).

I fixed it, it was backwards. I was matching the notch to the rest of the chips before. The idle hunts a little bit and it smells very rich. Is that normal with big injectors? It smoothes out at about 1k. If i rev it past 2k it backfires though. Something isnt right.

i think i just figured it out, the o2 sensor looks screwed up, and before i didnt notice the extra gas because i still had the stock chips to move it around and test everything while i was waiting to buy the parts i needed to finish it. The sensor is bent up pretty bad.

Are you the person that left me the voice message yesterday saying you put in my chip and the car wouldn't start? The person left no name or number, so I didn't know who to call.
What ever issues you have I can help you fix, but you need to contact me. If you call and don't get me leave a message with at least your name and number and I will return your call ASAP.
First, check that your FQS switch is in position zero, or fully counter-clockwise, if that is already properly set, then flip it clockwise two clicks to position 2, this will give you 3% less fuel, if this helps your symptoms then we may have an injector mismatch. You ordered it mapped for 83Lbs injectors, but I see your sig says 86Lbs, I need to know exactly what you have to insure the proper mapping.
