South Dakota: 92 most places but a few carry 93. You have to be careful though because sometimes the 93 has 10% ethanol. Shell stations around here generally carry the good 93.

Yes we are the same as the US - (R+M)/2. So far you have BC and Ontario with 94 (Sunoco).

Here in florida most pumps are 93, down the street from me at a Speedway station we have 100 and 110 octane racing fuel though.

Montana has 91 but usually never higher.

Yes Canadian octane ratings are the same as US. Alberta has 94 octane which is a 10% ethanol blend in some stations, but most stations are 91 octane straight gasoline.

seeing as you have an international category

UK 95 is standard, 98 is premium and you can get 102 in selected stations (but rare). Mind you you do have to poay for it!

Philippines is 93

Louisiana-93 on every corner, 94 at a few stations. In New Orleans pre-katrina we had a station with 100+ octane. So there may be such gas in some other part of louiana.
