250# in the front. I have the rears sitting in a box in my closet right now haha. I'm still doing a lot of reading trying to decide what springs to run on the rears. That reading's taking me some time cuz in all honesty, after doing the clutch job on it a couple weeks ago... I'm taking a small break before doing anymore work to it. I'm up in the air on the T-bars. Some days I decide I'll keep em cuz it's not too much of a pain just to re-index to get em outta the way and get the load on the coilovers... other days I'm in more of a "screw it, if I'm messing with em anyways I might as well take em out" mood. Til I settle on something firm, they stay in the box.

I'm running 550's rear, on my 86, without the t-bars. If you go that route, and I've STILL never seen any legit reason not too, get a set of Elephant Racing spring plate bushings.
I asked the question because I'm going to switch my Escort Cups to the new 87. It looks like I'll keep it just as it is.
