Help! I've looked everywhere and cannot find the description pulling torsion bar by dropping one side of the torsion tube at a time.

Thanks, found it. I was specifically looking for the thread doing one at a time. It worked very well, removed both torsion bars and replaced bushings in about 3 1/2 hours. I think it helped that this is my second torsion bar removal in a month ahhh.

 

how to tell when bushings are bad?

 

They sag over time... I'd guess that any 944 over 10 years old could stand to have them replaced.
