Lart, of all of the smart-assed, hair-brained, crazy, inappropriate, assinine, idiodic, and chop-shopping crap I've seen you pull on here; seeing your respect for someone like ST amazes me!! There are times where I don't know how to take you, but for this ploy to get ST a lifetime membership, I give you props. Turns out you are realy NOT a jerk after all!!

EDIT: Just f'n with ya, I've always apreciated your parts!

Nothing personal against the tool master, but I voted no - only because I think the "lifetime" memberships are more special if they are for random, humanitarian reasons, rather than just for the most HP...

I wish him luck in all endeavors, and was amazed his car hit 602. No doubt we can learn a lot from his posts. But, the real question is: does he embody the rennlist spirit?

Ah... a beetle owner, you would never understand, the 944 turbo forum is unique and unlike the other forums on rennlist. Try pulling 500rwhp out of a 2.5L 20 years old block, that was designed by some ex-Gestapo Germans, that's mission impossible, but the tool helped with development, gave parts for free, helped many with labor and wouldn't charge a penny and further more gave his time to advise OVER THE PHONE, YES CELL PHONE to many, many fans to tune and fix his cars including me, that with my 951 I would make 911C4S look like if they were going in reverse.

Yes the tool has the spirit, help your fellow renlisters, he has accomplished that as well.

For my racing class, I have to keep my 951 motor stock. And still my 951 is faster on the track than my 996. But the 996 is SO much better in the snow!

Lart, with your extensive experience with the moderators of the board, how do you propose to get a lifelong membership for Tool? How long has it been since the last ban?
