Default Low Oil Pressure

I have an 87 S that is having low oil pressure problems. At start up everything is fine, but after running for awhile and getting warm the oil pressure drops low and the buzzer kicks in. If the RPM is kept above 2k, the oil pressure stays at 4+. Oil type was discussed over on the NA forum, and I was using 10w-40, switched to 10w-50 and still have the same issue. Anyone have another idea?

Thanks,
Casey

Check that the big 24mm bolt holding the front pulley to the crank it torqued to spec (150 ft lbs. +/-5) and check the oil pressure relief valve and its o-rings. If neither of those do it, then it may be something inside the motor (cracked pick-up tube, bad bearings, pump, etc.).
