I'm still interested in this updated wet sump system, BTW.

It has turned out to cost more than we expected. It takes a ton of work. I can't see getting the costs down where normal people will think its worth it. For the daily/DE guy, its well worth it. Blown motors are very expense.

I'm the daily/DE guy! Well...will be when I get home and back to where I'm close to PCA events and such. I'll be pulling my engine and wouldn't mind looking into this so I don't blow it up!

If you don't mind, could you explain what you change? I'm interested based on your posts talking about it, but not exactly sure what changes are made. A PM would be awesome if you don't want to post it here. Thanks!

In short, everything in the lower part of the pan is new, including a portion of the lower pan itself. Every part is made from scratch so, its a good bit of work. IMHO, its the best protection next to a dry sump. Seeing how the D/S market is being flooded, we will continue to come out with new parts that work and are original.

Awesome. It'll be a few months, but I expect to order one before Christmas.

I have both and the LR ones are lighter than the SFR ones. Didnt need to trim the LR one but the IC to TB is a slightly tight fit.

Brian, do you want to sell me one of those sets if you don't need it?

No complaints with Lindsey pipes here - aluminum (my preferred material for this application), certainly adequate for application (pressure, flow improvement from stock, etc) ,very lightweight , quality construction (no butt welded joins that create turbulence in flow) , mock up fit was right on for my car.

Can't see how anybody would not be pleased with them, I certainly am, and frankly i am very particular about the parts that go on my car.

Have no doubt SFR are good quality, but no first hand experience as I have not owned/installed them.

party on!
