By "pulling fuel out" I mean using the computer to reduce the amount of fuel being delivered to the engine. Have you talked to LR about it? I'd think they would help... If not, you might want to start a thread about the power perfect, so those users can chip in and help. On most fuel computers, there is a way to reduce fuel across the board -- which it sounds like you need if you are rich everywhere -- so that you can get it into the ball park for fine tuning. I'm guessing there are some folks down your way who would help -- speed force racing if nothing else, although maybe a trek for you...

If you JB Weld the two halves together where they are crimped it will not leak

x2 - I jb welded and then epoxied my leaky ISV.. now no leaks and my car idles great
