Those appear to be the euro spec boxed rockers. You can get them from a variety of places.

I bet that if you painted the car, and painted the inside for the cutouts blac they would blend real nice.

The air might go through that vent hole and be sucked around the inside of the wheel to help cool rear brakes? Hey I'm trying to be positive.

only if you cut into the body and perhaps add ducts.

Isn't the vent open through the bodywork? Therefore you'd imagine it would hit the rear tyre and go from there. I thought that it would still wrap around the wheel and some of it would hit the rotor? As I said it's a bit of grasping at straws. I don't imagine it would be counterproductive.

Hi Olli - I'll respond to your email shortly mate and thanks for shipping our 5 sets.

I fully agree with you about the vent holes ... They do not match the lines of our cars and simply look rice to me so I will be blanking these off and remoulding them which won't take long.

In the meantime if anybody on rennlist wants a set of the remaining 4 with the vent holes as per the original Strosek design then shoot me a PM and I'll work out a good price for you plus shipping

Can't wait to see them fitted to your car Olli along with the GTS lights

Here is Beni's car fitted with the Strosek rocker covers:

And his car photoshop'ed without the vents:

Notice the new 997 indicators fitted to the front PU for that updated look

I prefer the look of the vent holes. I might be interested in a set but depends if my clutch just needs a pin or another new fork. If it's the pin then I'd have the extra money to buy a set of these.

I like the holes too. How much for a set before you mould them over?

Those 997 indicators look good Mark. Just a subtle tip to modernity without being out of place.
