Default Timing/balance belts cover

How does one get access to the two lower 10mm bolts that are near the power steering pump? They very difficult for me to access to remove. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

This one need's time - most things on these car need's time...
First of all do it carefull - after setting the tool on the bolt I use the left hand to tight/untight
mostly not looking - that's the way I do it - more than once

1/4" socket wrench, 2" extension, 10mm socket. I think from above is easier. With the IC pipes and airbox removed, it should be easy.

I usually attack them from underneath but whenever I've had to take them off, the batwing has been off, too. Pretty easy from there.

Long handled ratchet with a magnetic insert in the socket once it is started by hand.
