951 LSD Transaxle w/Cooler FS
It is a "5R" unit with LSD and cooler from my 87 951 with 94,000 miles. I will be replacing it with an S2 LSD transaxle, because I will be repowering my car with a normally aspirated 968 engine.
One thing to report is an occasional hard shift from 1st to 2nd when driven hard. I am not sure if this attributable to a worn synchro, or a broken clutch guide tube interfering with full disengagement of the clutch. I found the broken guide tube when I pulled the engine, and have not driven the car since then.
I would prefer to sell as a whole, but will cannibalize it if necessary.
