where can i get one of these harness holder for stock seats.

Hmm, never seen those before but you could probably fashion something out of a sturdy material like denim.
Do you run DEs w/ PCA? If so, that setup is no longer allowed (harnesses must be accompanied by racing seats w/ mfg'd belt holes). Stock seats have to have stock 3-point belts.
