is this normal?

I have a few extra pieces in my oil cooler seal kit. Im assuming theyre for an na, am i right? Also i need new crossover to turbo bolts, what grade are the originals? Im just going to pick them up locally

I had a few extra pieces as well from my oil filter housing reseal. The NA uses the other pieces on the cooler itself.
