That does suck. Some people can't sleep at night if just one thing is out of place, and there are others who have no care about anthing, or anyone.

That is really messed up. Some high school punk kicked a dent in one of my doors once. He now has 6 beautiful veneers which probably cost him and his parents much more than a new door and a Concours worthy paint job would have. When it comes to f---king with people's vehicles, do not expect them to behave reasonably. I wish I had had the self restraint to settle down and confront him or his parents about paying for the damage in a more verbal manner.

Sorry lart, I still owe 4600 on the car...if it was paid off, I just might, but at this point, If I sold the car, I wouldn't have enough left over to buy another P-Car. I guess this is just going to have to get fixed, eh?

 

Here in Kansas (may vary in your location), if you owe money on a car, it HAS to be fixed, unless the insurance company totals it.

You can't get estimates, take the money, and use the money however you please. It has to be fixed. So that will be something to consider.

 

I think his reaction was completely understandable. Mine was similar when I was rearended last year and my car is just a "stockish" 951. Of course It was the 2nd time driving it after 2 years of working on it. I feel for the guy.

 

its just a piece of metal.if some one smashed my car dollar signs in my eyes.lol theres still a ton around.I wouldnt get out cursing at a guy
